We started homeschooling in 2014 when my mom was pregnant with our baby sister.
We lived for 6 months in New York and enjoyed time with my grandparents and aunt there. Our favorite times were when my dad would visit and we enjoyed walks on the trails and being outside.
Homeschooling allowed for unconventional activities like exploring ice skating, ice hockey, roller skating, roller hockey, rugby, flag football, even dance. What a joy it was enjoy childhood with more movement, hands-on learning, and small group learning games with fellow homeschooling families.
Loved playing at parks was a frequent pastime with both friends and family.
